I’m stuck at the Activation window and cannot see the Next button. What do I do?

Problem: Due to a known issue with Kaspersky PURE 3.0, if you are using higher DPI (dots per inch) settings, you may not see buttons below the activation window. Our developers are aware of the issue and will fix the issue in a future patch.

Resolution: To work around the issue, use your keyboard.

  1. After entering your activation code, press Alt+N (at the same time) to proceed.

  1. If prompted to enter your email address, enter it and press Alt+N again.
  2. After the activation is completed successfully, press Alt+F4 to close the window.

Alternatively, you can set your DPI back to default in Windows per Microsoft’s instructions:
