Blocked Outlook object prevents synchtonization of subsequent changes

If an object created in Outlook list synchronized with SharePoint (e.g., Tasks, Calendar, etc.) is blocked, all subsequent objects created in the same list in Outlook will be blocked regardless of their content.

The following error will be displayed in Outlook on a client computer:


This is a normal behavior of the application. For successful synchronization of Outlook lists with SharePoint, the initial object with the blocked content should be deleted.

This applies to SharePoint 2007 only.
