If your application informs you that "License is blocked”, then perform the following:

1. Try to activate the application once again

If you already have a new  activation code (it may have the New status), delete the active key (the reserve one will be deleted too). In order to do this, perform the following actions:

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. In the right lower part of the window click Licensing.
  3. In the Licensing window click on the  button next to the active license.

  1. In the Remove key window click on the Delete key button.

After you have deleted an active code, activate Kaspersky Internet Security with a new activation code once again.

2. Contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support

If you have purchased a licensed version of the application, then to replace your activation code we need information confirming licensed use of Kaspersky Lab product. Send all purchase information to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky Account service:

  • purchase place and date,
  • activation code or license number,
  • license owner info.

3. Purchase a licensed version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2013

If you wish to purchase licensed version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 or renew the license via the eStore or from Kaspersky Lab partners.
