Upon creating a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support, you may need the trace file that can track application’s actions and determine the step at which an error occurs.
To create trace files:
sudo sh <path_to_the_file>/enable_traces.sh
Trace files will be created in the folder:
Release of antivirus database updates (required to protect your computer/server/mobile device)
Providing technical support over phone / web
Release of patches for the application (addressing detected bugs)
