What to do if Kaspersky Internet Security 19 does not start

If Kaspersky Internet Security does not start or the main application window does not open, it means that your PC is either not protected, or not protected properly. It is important to resolve this issue in order to ensure that your PC does not become infected by malware. If you are unable to do so by other means, try reinstalling the application.
How to reinstall the application
- Download the Kaspersky Internet Security installer from the Kaspersky website.
- Remove Kaspersky Internet Security. See this article for instructions. In the Saving objects window, select the License information checkbox.
- Restart your PC.
- Install Kaspersky Internet Security. See this article for instructions.
The application will be reinstalled.
