Data vault is a safe data storage place on your computer. You can save data to a vault to protect it from unauthorized access.

Data vaults are opened and closed with passwords. If you lose or forget your password you will not be able to recover data from the vault.

Data vaults encrypt stored files. All files saved to a data vault will be encrypted with the AES XTS 256 block encryption algorithm with the effective key length of 56 bit.

If FAT32 file system is used on your computer you will only be able to create data vaults with the size up to 4 GB.
