Kaspersky Security Cloud fails to start

If Kaspersky Security Cloud does not start or the main application window does not open, then there is an issue with the application and your computer defense is off or working incorrectly. In such cases, please reinstall the application.
How to reinstall Kaspersky Security Cloud
- First, uninstall Kaspersky Security Cloud from your computer. For the uninstallation guide, see this article.
- Restart your computer.
- Open the download page of the Kaspersky Lab website and select your version of Kaspersky Security Cloud.
- Follow the steps of the installation guide to install the application correctly.
What to do in case of installation or removal problems
If you encounter any problems when removing or installing the application, send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via My Kaspersky.
