“Cannot connect to the VPN provider” error in Kaspersky Secure Connection for Android

If you receive the “Cannot connect to VPN provider. Please try again later” error message when trying to establish a secure connection in Kaspersky Secure Connection for Android, please check the following:

  • Whether your device is connected to the internet. Whether you are connected to the network that requires authendification. 
  • Whether your internet provider allows VPN connections.  
  • Whether your proxy server connection settings are correct, in case you use one.
If the issue remains, submit a request to Kaspersky Lab technical support via My Kaspersky.
