How to add a file, folder or web address to the trusted list in Kaspersky Internet Security 16 for Mac

The trusted zone is a list of files, folders and web addresses which Kaspersky Internet Security 16 for Mac does not scan or control.
Only add files, folders and web addresses to the trusted zone if you are certain that they are safe.
How to add a file or folder to the trusted zone
- Open the Preferences window in Kaspersky Internet Security 16 for Mac. If you are not sure how to open the Preferences window, see this guide.
- Go to the Threats tab and click Trusted Zone.
- In the Trusted files and folders tab, click .
- Choose a file or folder and click Open.
- Click OK.
- Close the Prefences window.
How to add a web address to the Trusted Zone
- Open the Preferences window in Kaspersky Internet Security 16 for Mac. If you are not sure how to open the Preferences window, see this guide.
- Go to the Threats tab and click Trusted Zone.
- Go to the Trusted web addresses tab and click .
- Enter the URL and click OK.
- Close the Preferences window.
