Compatibility issues of Kaspersky Secure Connection and mail applications

Mail applications, e.g. Outlook, may return errors when the secure connection is enabled in Kaspersky Secure Connection.

To avoid these errors, change the connection country. If you still get the errors, you can try several countries from the list. If changing countries does not help, try disabling secure connection while you are using a mail application.

You can change the connection location only if you are using the commercial version. If you do not have an active subscription, disable the secure connection.

To change the connection location:

  1. Open the Kaspersky Secure Connection window.

  1. Click the Virtual server selection button.

  1. Select the country from the list.
