Notes on using Kaspersky Secure Connection with mail clients

Because of some configuration specifics of mail clients’ servers, for example, in Microsoft Outlook, you may experience some errors if you enabled Safe Browsing feature in Kaspersky Secure Connection.

To avoid such errors, try connecting to different country. If the issue remains, choose the applicable country with the help of trial and error method, If changing country doesn’t solve your issue, disable Safe Browsing feature while using the mail client.

You can change your virtual location only if you are using the premium version. If you don’t have an active subscription, disable Safe Browsing feature while using the mail client.

To change your virtual location:

  1. Open the main window of Kaspersky Secure Connection. For instructions see this guide.
  2. Click the Virtual server selection button.

  1. Select the country on the list.
