Administration console elements are not displayed correctly

This article concerns:

  • Kaspersky Security Center 11 (version 11.0.0.1131)
  • Kaspersky Security Center 10 Service Pack 3 (version 10.5.1781.0)
  • Kaspersky Security Center 10 Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 1 (10.4.343)
 
 
 
 

Issue

Some of the elements are missing from the Administration console.

Solution

  • Enable ActiveX and scripts in the Internet Explorer settings.
  • Re-register the following libraries:
    • regsvr32 jscript.dll
    • regsvr32 vbscript.dll
    • regsvr32 mshtml.dll

What to do if the solution did not help

If the solution given above did not help:

  1. Exit Kaspersky Security Center.
  2. Clear the following registry branch for a user account under which the console is run:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\KasperskyLab\Components\34]

If the issue still persists:

  1. Exit Kaspersky Security Center.
  2. Delete the Kaspersky Security Center file without extensions from the folder:
    <system_disk>\Users\<user_account>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC\
  3. Open Kaspersky Security Center.
  4. Select Managed devices and in the right frame click Add/Remove columns.
  5. Clear the checkboxes for all columns and click OK.
  6. Click Add/Remove columns and add the columns to be displayed.
