If you experience difficulties connecting to the remote desktop of a Windows computer on which Kaspersky Small Office Security 5 is installed:

  1. Open Settings in Kaspersky Small Office Security 5, by clicking the gear icon in the lower-left corner of the main window.

  1. In the Settings window, go to the Protection section and select Firewall.

  1. In the Firewall settings window, click the Configure packet rules link.

  1. In the Packet rules window, select Remote Desktop and click Edit.

  1. In the Action section of the Edit packet rule view, select Allow in the drop-down list and click Save.
