The databases update task in Kaspersky Security 10.x for Windows Server may end with error B4X706X. The following entry will appear in the update log and in the system log of Kaspersky Security:

Internal task error, code 706.

Cause

The process of copying new databases from the temporary folder may not get access to some blocked files in the folder %AllUsersProfile%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security for Windows Server\10.0\Bases\Current


Solution

Send the request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support through CompanyAccount. Attach the trace files to your request and specify the error code B4X706X.
