Kaspersky Total Security 2016 prevents unauthorized access of programs to your video stream.

Kaspersky Total Security cannot control access to the webcam when the Prompt for action permission is set for the application that tries to access the webcam, and the graphic interface of Kaspersky Total Security cannot be displayed (the application is loading or not responding).
