Quarantine is a special storage area that contains objects potentially infected with viruses.

Potentially infected objects are objects that are suspected of being infected by viruses or their modifications. Quarantine does not pose a threat to your computer. 

By default, Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 deletes detected malicious objects. You can disable automatic deletion of malicious files and set up an action on threat detection.
