Activation error. Invalid key

During the activation of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 you may receive the error message "Invalid key". To fix the problem, do the following:

  • Remove your current trial license:
    1. Open Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015.
    2. In the lower right part of the main application window, click License.
    3. In the Licensing window, click (cross) next to the trial license key number.

    1. To remove the trial license, in the Attention! window click Remove key.  
  • Activate the application with your activation code.

If the recommendations did not help, try to activate the application once again later (in about an hour). 

If the issue persists, send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky service. In your request, give a detailed description of a problem.
