If you receive the error message "Activation error. Internal activation server error. Please try again or contact Technical Support Service", do the following:
 
 
 
 
 

1. Check if you have the Internet connection

 
 
 
 
 

2. Configure Firewall settings

 
 
 
 
 

3. Check the system date on your computer

 
 
 
 
 

4. Try to install the application once again in an hour

 
 
 
 
 

5. Contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support
