After installing Service Pack 1 for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, the account that is used for managing Kaspersky Security 8.0 for SharePoint Server lacks the db_owner rights over all WSS_content content bases. At the same time, no Sharepoint site structure is displayed in ODS tasks and no user name is detected on OAS detection.

Solution

Grant the db_owner rights for content bases to the user account.

Method 1. Via Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

Method 2. Using the Microsoft PowerShell commandlet
