How to export a scan report to a file in Kaspersky Small Office Security 3 for Personal Computer

The progress of scan tasks is saved into application reports of Kaspersky Small Office Security 3 for Personal Computer. To determine the reason of an issue that has occurred during a scan task, Kaspersky Lab Technical Support may need a detailed report generated by the application.
To get a detailed scan report, follow the steps below.

 
 
 
 
 

Step 1. Enable logging of non-critical events

 
 
 
 
 

Step 2. Run a full scan

 
 
 
 
 

Step 3. Wait until the task completes or end up with an error

 
 
 
 
 

Step 4. Export a scan report

 
 
 
 
 

Step 5. Archive the report file

 
 
 
 
 

Step 6. File a request to the Technical Support
