How to upgrade your subscription

You may have the option to switch to a subscription with more features or to protect more devices under your current subscription without waiting for it to expire.

The fee for a subscription upgrade will be calculated based on the remaining days of your current subscription.

To upgrade your subscription:

1. Go to the Subscriptions section.
2. In the subscription panel, click Upgrade subscription.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Under the Select a subscription to upgrade section, select the subscription you want and the number of protected devices.
   • Under the Protect more devices in your subscription section, select the number of protected devices.
4. Click Pay now.

   Your payment will be processed immediately.

When your payment is processed, funds will be debited from your stored payment method. The subscription terms will be automatically updated in the apps within 24 hours. You won't be able to switch back to the previous subscription.

If your payment fails, change your payment method or select a new upgrade option to try again.

The upgraded subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of its term. The renewal price may change. You can cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time in your My Kaspersky account, and your protection will remain active until the end of your subscription term.
