Could not enable some protection components of Kaspersky product

If you encounter the error message 'Could not enable some protection components' after you have installed any Kaspersky Lab product, it probably means that it was installed with an error. To fix this problem, reinstall the application:

  1. Download the installer of the program.
  2. Save the activation code to a file for later use.
  3. Remove the application.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Run the installer you have downloaded and follow the steps of the installation wizard in: Kaspersky Internet Security 2017, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2017 or Kaspersky Total Security 2017 .
  6. Activate the application. You can find instructions on activation in the following articles: Kaspersky Internet Security 2017, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2017 or Kaspersky Total Security 2017.
