How to view devices connected to your network using Kaspersky Security Cloud 20
If you have set a simple password for your home network, other people might be able to use it. Your internet will slow down and your login details for your email and other online accounts could end up in the hands of criminals. Use Kaspersky Security Cloud to monitor which devices are connected to your wired Ethernet connection and your Wi-Fi network.
How to view devices connected to the network
- In the main window of Kaspersky Security Cloud, click More Tools.

- Go to the My Network section and click Devices in my network.
In the Devices in my network window, the following information will be available:
- The devices currently connected to the network.
- Devices that have been connected to the network.
- The status of the devices in the network.
How to block access to your network for a device
- In the Devices in my network window, select the device you wish to block.
- In the right frame, find the MAC address of the device.
- Block the MAC address of the device in the router settings. For instructions, see the router vendor’s website.
After you have blocked the device’s MAC address, it will no longer be able to connect to the network.
How to disable notifications about new devices in the network
- In the main window of Kaspersky Security Cloud, click .
- To learn how to open the main application window, see this article.
- Go to the Protection section and click Firewall.
- Clear the checkbox Show devices that are connected to my networks.
Kaspersky Security Cloud will stop notifying you about the new devices connected to your network.
How to remove an unused network from the list
- In the Devices in my network window, open the list of networks.
- Expand the list of networks and click for the network you wish to remove.
The network will be removed from the list.
